Delivery Information
Orders placed before 3.15pm during the weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
Parcels are delivered by DHL.
You will receive email notifications from DHL which will advise you that your parcel has been dispatched, information on the delivery day and the tracking number with a time slot.
If you are not going to be in you have options in the message to rearrange your delivery date, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour, leave it in a safe place or have your parcel delivered to your local DHL Service Point location for you to collect.
We only deliver to UK addresses.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver parcels to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.
This delivery information does not apply to items that are delivered directly to you by the manufacturer. Please refer to the information provided in the product description (and our Terms & Conditions) regarding this.
Mainland UK Delivery – Zones A & B
(with the exceptions of the Isle of Wight & the Isles of Scilly)
Delivery is FREE on orders over £50 ex-VAT (your parcel will be sent on the Standard service).
Delivery charges for orders under this amount or for additional services:
- Standard (1 – 2 working days) £6.99 + VAT
- Economy (2 – 4 working days) £6.25 + VAT
- Premium Delivery (next working day before noon) £10.99 + VAT – (Order must be placed before 3:15pm, Monday – Friday only)
- Saturday Delivery £19.99 + VAT
- Collect (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) from our warehouse in Wareham, Dorset BH20 4DY FREE
Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly Deliveries
Postcodes: PO30-41, TR21-25
- Delivery (1 – 2 working days) £11.99 + VAT
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Premium and Saturday delivery options to the Isles of Scilly.
Northern Ireland Delivery – Zone C

- Delivery ( 2 – 3 working days) £13.99 + VAT
Highlands & Islands of Scotland & Isle of Man Deliveries – Zone D
Postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, HS, IM1-9, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA21-50, PA60-78, PA80, PH4-44, PH49 & 50, ZE1-3
- Delivery (2 – 3 working days) £15.99 + VAT
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Premium and Saturday delivery options to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the Isle of Man .

If you would like us to collect a parcel from you the charge is £15.00 + VAT per parcel
